What is the refund policy?
You can log on to the Eventbrite site and transfer your ticket to someone else, but we will not be issuing refunds. The fee is a nominal amount to help with costs of food, beverages and planning. All additional proceeds will be donated to a local charity, so if you can’t attend, feel good knowing you supported the local community.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
We welcome anyone interested in learning about Azure to the event. Please make sure you register, as we do need your name on the list prior to the event. We will not be accepting registrations at the door.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is free parking outside of the MTC facility.
What can I bring to the event?
We only require your interest and probably some device (electronic or paper) to take notes! Due to the high number of attendees, we will not be doing any hands on labs, just lots and lots of demos!
I have special dietary requirements. Can you accommodate me?
We will be providing coffee and beverages for the breaks and lunch. Lunch provided will be a Domino’s pizza. As this is a community driven event with a minimal budget, we unfortunately can’t manage special dietary requirements. You can either bring something or there are lots of options in the area, and with a 45 minute lunch break you will have time to get there and back.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Reach out if you have more questions. I can be reached at email@example.com and encourage you to participate in all monthly user group meetings.
