When Chris Mitchell, Breckenridge Insurance CTO, was brought on board in 2015, his first step toward success for the nationwide underwriting company was to transform the in-house IT department by migrating to Microsoft Azure and delivering an Office 365 environment so they could enable their in-house IT to focus on more strategic business decisions and less on everyday user pain points, such as email troubleshooting.
