Microsoft has announced their MVPs (Most Valuable Professionals) for the 2020 fiscal year, and New Signature is proud to be global workplace to 5 of those individuals, plus one contractor who partners with us.
We are happy to highlight the following team members for their accomplishments:

- John Callaway (US – 4th year)
Category: Developer Technologies
John is an Azure Consultant with New Signature hailing from St. Petersburg, Florida. An international speaker and author, John has been a professional developer since 1999. He has focused primarily on web technologies and currently focuses on C# and .NET Core in Azure. Clean code and professionalism are particularly important to him, as well as mentoring and teaching others what he has learned along the way.

- Laura da Silva (UK- 3rd year)
Category: AI
Laura is a Senior Data Scientist with New Signature’s team in the United Kingdom. She is passionate about promoting, educating and developing projects STEM or Data Science related. Laura has worked in a variety of roles, from secondary math teacher and C# software developer to Principal Data Scientist. She is really committed to grow the STEM community and tech learning experiences for women and girls. She is the founder of “Inspiring Women in Data Science”, a community group with 950+ women and regular monthly events. She also created and co-organized the 1st International Conference on Women and Girls in Science in London with 100+ attendees.

- Esteban Garcia (US – 9th year)
Category: Developer Technologies
Esteban is the SVP of Azure and DevOps at New Signature. With more than 20 years of experience building enterprise software, Esteban has a passion for DevOps and Azure. He mentors, trains, and works closely with teams to help them realize their potential by leveraging Azure and DevOps practices to shorten the cycle time from idea to production. Esteban enjoys working with the software community and is a Microsoft Regional Director, Pluralsight author, and hosts Azure Community Live.

John Marcum is a Sr. Consultant for New Signature residing in our Southeast region in Alabama. John is an active blogger within his expertise, and he participates regularly in the SCCM forums on TechNet and Reddit, as well as Twitter and LinkedIn. John devotes much of his time to conquering SCCM challenges. When he is not blogging, answering questions online, expanding his skill sets or working, he enjoys spending time on the lake where he lives.

Martynas is a Technical Architect with New Signature’s London team. He is a speaker, blogger and active person and professional. He lives by the belief to never stop learning and always accept new challenges.

- Ehsan Eskandari (Contractor – Canada – 3rd year)
Category: Microsoft Azure
Ehsan is an software engineer with over 17 years of experience. A contractor at New Signature, he’s been delivering enterprise grade solutions on Microsoft Stack and Azure in real estate, legal, government, banking, insurance and utility sectors. He is a Microsoft MVP and community contributor and organizer of Metro Toronto .NET Meetup and achieved a couple of Microsoft certifications in Azure, .NET and SQL Server i.e. MCSD, MCPD, MCTS. He’s passionate about learning new technologies and sharing his experience with fellow peers in the community.
