Computer Dealer News (CDN) held their 14th Annual Channel Elite Awards on September 29 in Woodbridge, Ontario to announce the winners of their annual awards. During the night of
celebration of leading providers, New Signature was named the silver winner for Best Mobile Solution for their StoryTeller mobile technology that delivered transformative business change for Subaru Canada.
CDN played host to over 200 solution providers, and acknowledged their efforts within the last twelve months. The winners were chosen by an esteemed panel of judges and on the basis of five important criteria: Innovation, Improved Sales or Revenue, Improved Efficiency, Customer Service, and “the X-Factor” – where the solution provider had gone above and beyond industry norms or created a special one of a kind solution that made an impact. A complete list of winners can be found on the CDN website.
Leading them to this recognition, New Signature developed StoryTeller, a cloud-based application that runs on top of Microsoft Azure. The tool delivers sales assets hosted in SharePoint to individual sales people on the tablet of their choice and helps them put resulting leads right into Microsoft Dynamics.
Using StoryTeller as a foundation, the New Signature mobile solutions team developed Subaru Connect, to provide its salespeople with everything they need to talk to customers, including pricing, features, availability, video assets, and competitive model information. It’s making a positive impact on the company’s sales, improving business insights and enhancing the customer experience.
New Signature extends congratulations to all winners at the CDN Channel Elite Awards, and is proud to be part of an innovative community that leads to business transformation for Canada’s businesses.
