      As businesses grow, they focus more and more on business continuity, on keeping the lights on and having the support they need to maintain relevance and extend to a global scale.  But what type of IT environment is required to push your business from a mid-size or large business into hosting a global presence with success?

      New Signature has committed to our role as a global Microsoft partner with service and support locations across the world. But we didn’t get there overnight (more on that in the next blog post); we have worked to leverage our expertise across our various world-wide locations to create a support model that keeps us progressing all day, every day.  

      Let’s break down what New Signature has done, and what you could do, to transform your business by leveraging the most powerful technologies and creating the IT environment needed to support a global organization: 

      • Invest in Your Expertise
        Having the best talent on board with the deepest knowledge in business technologies will help to provide quicker resolutions and more seamless business continuity, so that your growth isn’t limited due to a lapse in knowledge. If you don’t have the bandwidth to support round-the-clock IT support, that doesn’t mean that your business isn’t worthy or able to function within a global market. You can learn about outsourcing your global IT support through New Signature Managed Services and the ability to scale needs for businesses of all sizes, including global business and those who are on the cusp of breaking into the global market.Additionally, investing in your expertise means setting them up for success, including investing in their user adoption of all new technologies, and supporting them through ongoing education and training.

        Consider all of your markets, and their respective time zones, but doing this does not mean that you need to sacrifice service or force customers in one area to attempt to resolve issues with someone who may not speak their language or be in their same time zone.       • Create a Global Culture
        To compete on a global scale, your business and all those individual talents must be sincerely invested in the culture of the organization and also have a global mindset, broadening their view from their own locality and understanding the overall goals and objectives of your company, while also understanding their role in that future.
