Kat and Rob are back with a special episode on Microsoft Ignite. There were a lot of exciting announcements at Ignite, that it’s almost hard to keep track of them all. Luckily, Kat and Rob have compiled the top 10 announcements, to help you keep up with the updates and help you prepare for what’s to come.
Top 10 Microsoft Ignite Announcements
- Azure Arc – Microsoft announced that you will be able to manage AWS and Google Cloud servers all within Azure
- Endpoint Manager – Microsoft Intune and ConfigMgr have merged, making it easier for admins to manage devices on their networks
- OneNote – Microsoft will not longer discontinue support for OneNote 2016, a sign they’re listening to comments and suggestions
- Sharepoint – They’re adding page scheduling, stock images, improved versioning, and even translation services. These updates will make Sharepoint more productive for end-users and admins a like.
- Teams – Introduction of private channels, integration of planner and outlook, and finally, pop-out windows! It seems that Teams will be growing in importance
